Account Deletion Policy

To access your data, navigate to:
App Settings > Account > Your Data within the Eventos app.
Requesting Account Deletion
If you decide to delete your account, you can initiate the process directly within the app:
App Settings > Account > Your Data > Delete Account
Consequences of Account Deletion
Please carefully review the following before requesting deletion:
1. Data Deletion
All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This includes booking history, upcoming tickets, and payment transaction history.
2. Booking Impact
Any tickets for upcoming events booked through your account will be automatically canceled.
Please note: Canceled tickets will not be refunded.
3. Payment Transactions
All records related to your mobile wallet transactions will be erased from our systems.
4. Wallet Balance Refund
If your wallet has a remaining balance at the time of deletion, we will refund the balance to your original payment method.
The refund process may take up to 45 working days.
5. Processing Time & Cancellation Option
The account deletion process may take up to 7 days.
During this period:
You may still log in
You may cancel the deletion request
Once the deletion process is completed, your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
