By accessing or using the Eventos platform (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any use of the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
2. Service Modifications & Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any part of its services at any time, without prior notice. Eventos shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications or discontinuations.
3. Third-Party Content & Event Organizers

Accuracy: Eventos acts as a marketplace. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by third-party event organizers or payment processors.

Endorsements: Inclusion of an event on our platform does not constitute an endorsement. All transactions and interactions with third parties are solely between you and the organizer.

Ticket Availability: We do not guarantee the availability of tickets for any event. Eventos is not liable for tickets that are lost, stolen, or undelivered due to user error or third-party failure.
4. Event Cancellations & Liabilities
Eventos is not responsible for events that are canceled, postponed, or rescheduled. We shall not be liable for any travel expenses, accommodation costs, or other damages incurred as a result of event changes.
5. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Eventos harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these terms.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure a seamless experience. Refunds are governed by the following conditions:

Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial ticket purchase.

Qualifying Criteria: Refunds are only issued if an event is canceled, rescheduled, or significantly altered (e.g., a change in venue or headline performer).

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited directly to your "My Wallet" within the Eventos App.

Submission: To request a refund, email info@eventos.so with your full name, order number, and the specific reason for the request. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
Effective Date
These terms are effective as of December 1, 2025, and may be updated periodically. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
